Our beautiful villa is situated in a quiet residential community, only a few hundred yards from Weeki Wachee water park and a few minutes drive from the lovely Pine Island beach. Within very easy reach of good dining, shopping, Golf courses and water sports. The nearest Internatioal airport is at Tampa and is about 45 miles of easy driving, via the Sun Coast Parkway. Busch Gardens is also about 43 miles away, while the theme parks of Orlando are approximately 75 miles away. Not too far away are more jewels of the gulf coast, Tarpon Springs,Clearwater, St. Pete's Beach and much more to the south of us. To the North you head up the Nature coast to Homosassa Springs, Crystal River and lots of beautiful scenery.

The property is furnished to a very high standard throughout, the master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite with large walk in shower and bath, also a walk in closet, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles, the second bathroom also has pool access. There are television/dvd's in the 3 bedrooms and the main living area. The Great room includes the lounge, dining area and breakfast area, surrounding the fully fitted kitchen and utility room.
The sizable Lanai is covered and leads to the pool area and sun deck, there are 2 fans to help keep you cool between dips in the pool. Comfortable pool furniture is also provided. The whole area is protected from insects with a screen, which does not stop you enjoying the sun.The entire rear garden has panel fencing for your complete privacy.
