The villa is set on an oversized corner plot which is significantly elevated from the path providing additional privacy. It has a fully screened, south facing, private swimming pool and spa which has been extended to 27ft x 14ft. It is enclosed within a protective mesh, ensuring a pest free environment and has been upgraded with 'Florida Glass' giving ultimate privacy.

The deck area (lanai) has been extended and is fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture. The pool area is the great place to relax after a busy day out, and offers a perfect setting for alfresco dining. The pool can be heated when required for a supplementary fee.

The interior of the villa is furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard and is air-conditioned throughout. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are formed into one large, open plan living area, looking onto the relaxing sun deck and pool.

The villa comes with 4 large bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds and one of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV.

The double garage has been converted into a game room and contains air hockey, table football and a darts board. The lounge has a PS2 player and various games.

The villa has free wireless internet access.

It is within close proximity to Disney (within 15 minutes), the other theme parks and with many championship golf courses nearby such as Highland Reserve, Southern Dunes, Orange Lakes, Celebration and Ridgewood Lakes not to mention two Greg Norman designed courses at Championsgate.

Interstate 4 is just 5 minutes away, providing a direct route to Tampa and the Gulf Coast to the West and Orlando and Daytona to the East. The 192 is a mile away with its abundance of shops, restaurants and other attractions. It is within close proximity of a Walmart store and Publix supermarket.
