Set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the 10th fairway at Oak Hills Golf course on the Gulf Coast of Florida in Spring Hill.It is situated 45 minutes from Tampa airport and Busch Gardens. Pine Island, the nearest beach, is a fifteen minute drive and Weeki Wachee Water Park and Mermaid Show is a mere 10 minutes. It sits in an immaculately maintained residential area. Large variety of good restaurants on Highway 19. Bowling alleys, cinemas, numerous golf courses, fishing, canoeing and kayaking nearby.

The master suite is situated along the right hand side of the house and consists of a King size bed and walk in closet. Its bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The master suite has patio doors leading out onto the lanai and a 30 foot screened pool with child safety guard on request.

Two bedrooms have a queen size bed in them and the fourth bedroom has twin beds all having built in wardrobes.

All bed linen and towels, including pool towels are supplied, so you will only need to bring your towels for the beach.

The accommodation consists also of the dining area and nook off the great room which has a leather suite to relax on. This also has patio doors out onto the lanai and pool area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher microwave and refrigerator with a cold water and ice dispenser. The utility provides a washing machine and dryer.
