Our Florida home is ideally located just 10 minutes from Disney’s front door and only 2 minutes from exit 58 off the I4, where the Champions Gate resort provides 36 holes of golf designed by Greg Norman. You will also find restaurants, Publix supermarket, 24hr fuel and a drive through Macdonalds at Champions Gate.

BRAND NEW in 2007, our luxury air-conditioned home is furnished to the highest standard, in a Floridian style. There is a very well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The formal dining area seats 6-8 comfortably and the large family room has vaulted ceilings which give our home a light and airy feel, this room is equipped with cable TV, Hifi, DVD, Playstation 3 and wireless internet. Patio doors lead to the extended deck area with a sun bathed private 30ft screened pool, child safety fence and luxury padded poolside furniture ideal for relaxing after a swim, and we have ample seating for alfresco dining. The covered lanai provides shade and a ceiling fan for the many sunny Florida days, why not relax and unwind with a glass of wine. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bath and separate shower, then upstairs there is a further queen size bedroom and two twin bedded rooms and in total our home has 2.5 bathrooms. A crib, stroller, highchair and baby monitor are available for use at no extra charge. Why not invite some friends or family along to share the costs, the villa is big enough for two families.

There are many different chains, such as Perkins Family Restaurant, Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, Sizzlers, TGI Friday's and Ponderosa Steakhouse, all of which serve excellent meals. The fierce competition between the many restaurants helps to ensure that food is of good value and quality. For fast food, there are also McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell and Wendy's.
