Our Villa can be found on the small community of Whispering Oaks which is situated in a rural setting of orange groves and woodland, located just off the bustling US 192 (approximately half a mile) – here you will find the 24hour Wal-Mart Supermarket and Lynx bus stop. The US 192 is the main highway to both coasts and has a huge choice of restaurants, shops malls and attractions. It is approx 7 miles from Disney and central to all attractions, shops and restaurants.

For PRIVACY and SECLUSION, our 4 bedroom luxury villa stands on over quarter acre of landscaped gardens that has tropical plants and flowers, palms and mature oaks.
We have orange, lemon and grapefruit trees that our guests are welcome to pick when ripe – so why not enjoy making your own breakfast fruit juice from fruit picked fresh from the garden. Martini with fresh lemon is lovely by the pool and we love Bucks Fizz made fresh Christmas morning. Come and live the dream

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, family room with entertainment cabinet, living room that overlooks the pool, The dining room has dinner service and cut glassware There is a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and nook. There is a separate laundry room and double garage. Our rear garden is not overlooked; PRIVACY is achieved through six foot fencing, hedge and plants. There is a wooded area and groves to the rear of the property. Our private extended 'P' shaped SOLAR HEATED POOL and very large pool deck, are NOT OVERLOOKED. Our SOLAR HEATED POOL is 15 feet x 30 feet and extends to 50feet for a LAPSWIM. So enjoy swimming laps or just have fun in the pool. After a long day at the attractions or shopping you may just want to relax in the pool. Alternatively you could laze on a poolside lounger and enjoy the sun on our very large pool deck or take an outdoor meal whatever the weather in the shade on our large covered lanai – the choice is yours- our home could be yours.
