Welcome to our 'Absolutely Fabulous Villa', situated on the beautiful Southern Dunes Golf Course.
Southern Dunes is a peaceful gated community located south of Orlando and Kissimmee on Highway 27.

Southern Dunes is a PGA championship golf course rated in the top six in Florida.

In addition to the golfing facilities there is a club house, 4 large communal swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play area.

Outside the gated entrance, within less than 10 minutes walk from our villa is a 24 hour WAL MART, MacDonald’s, KFC, Blockbuster Video, Liquor Store and several Steakhouse restaurants to name but a few.

Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all the major attractions, being a 15 minute drive to the gates of Disney, 25-30 minutes to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive away.

Our luxury SOUTH FACING four bedroom home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your Florida vacation a time to remember.

The villa is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the large South facing private pool.

For golfers there is an 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse.

The home is furnished to a very high standard with BRAND NEW carpets, furniture and GAMES ROOM.


Our home is fully air conditioned throughout and consists of the following:

FORMAL LOUNGE and DINING ROOM
Stylishly furnished lounge with 52” cable TV, comfortable sofas,Fabulous new dining room furniture.

FAMILY LOUNGE
Family room, beautifully furnished looking out to the pool area. There is a Sony Flat Screen TV, Sony CD system, DVD with a selection of DVDs and board games for all of the family.

KITCHEN and FAMILY DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen comprising: cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.
There is a full size family dining table ideal for enjoying your home cooked meals.
A washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the laundry room.

BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom including Queen size bed, cable TV, and large en suite bathroom with WC, Roman Bath, Separate double shower, hand basin and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom fully furnished with full double bed, closet, and cable TV.

The third bedroom has twin beds with themed Disney pictures, a TV with DVD/Video player and a closet

The fourth bedroom is also a twin with cable TV and closet.

FAMILY BATHROOM
This smart bathroom has a WC, Bath, Shower and wash hand basin.

POOL
Large South Facing screened pool comes with free Solar Pool Heat all year round and a full selection of pool furniture provided.

GAMES ROOM
The games rooms has a Full size Pool Table, a Foosball Table, Electronic darts and a Casino size Fruit Machine (complete with tokens)and a comfortable seating area.


MISC
Ample supply of linens and towels and 2 hair dryers are provided. There is also a cot, high chair and stroller available to our guests at no extra cost.

Smoking is allowed in the pool area only.

Our local management company is on hand to attend to any problems should you require them.
