This beautiful villa truly is Disney for the Discerning! It is situated in the new community of Tuscan Hills,which is located 10 minutes from Disney World just over one mile south of the 192 on Highway 27.
It is 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 45 minutes from Sandford Airport.
Tuscan Hills is a prestigious new development of just 160 villas. 90 villas are linked town houses and 70 are either one or two storey detached villas. The two storey villas are larger than usual standard Orlando villas.
Villa Moderne has South facing pool with spa. It is secluded as behind us is a pine copse.
Just across the road is a mall with a large Publix supermarket, Take Aways, Indian restaurant, Pizzeria, banks etc. Five minutes down the road is a hugh Walmart, Lowes, chiropractor, optician, computer repair etc etc.

FOUR BEDROOOMS

• One King Master Bedroom on the ground floor with huge en suite that has two sinks, shower, bath and walk in closet. Wall mounted flat screen TV and CD player. Hair dryer. Patio doors lead onto the pool area.
• One Queen Master Bedroom upstairs with en suite, shower, bath and walk in closet. Flat screen TV. Hair dryer,
• Two twin bedded rooms – one can be en suite or the main bathroom can serve both twin bedded rooms – as you please. Both rooms have TV’s and play station 2’s.
• All towels and pool towels provided.
