From the villa you can see the disney fireworks at night, so you can imagine you are very local - in fact using new roads apx 10 minutes away.
A further few miles takes you to I4 which is the main motorway which will takes you to the beaches (60-90mins away)as well as Universal, Seaworld and all the shopping and dining you could want.
Closer to home on Highway 27/192 you will find Wallmart, Publix,as well as numerous shops, restaurants and bars.
Within the Community, there are 2 play areas, a soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court.

POOL
The pool area has been extended with a heated pool and raised area with spa, and comes complete with multi coloured lighting system, and a child safety fence.
It is South Facing with sun all day, although there is a shaded lanai area for comfort.
There is a privacy fence planned for around the outside of the pool.

GAMES ROOM
The games room has a play station, pool table, football table, electronic darts, plus toys and games for all ages.

KITCHEN/DINING
There is a gourmet kitchen with all the facilities you would need, along with a formal dining area, a nook dining area and the outside dining area complete with bbq.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a 42" digital cable tv with dvd player.
Leather sofas and chair, with ottoman.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a state of the art computer with FREE high speed internet access.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and huge ensuite bathroom with his and hers facilities, roman bath and walk in shower.
There is a tv/dvd player and access via sliding doors to the pool area.

QUEEN BEDROOM
There is a queen bedroom which, by use of a sliding door in the foyer between it and the pool bathroom, can be closed off to turn this into a second master with ensuite.
This also comes complete with tv/dvd player.

TWIN BEDROOMS
There are 2 further bedrooms with twin beds and tv/dvd player - each can be themed to suit the ages of the occupants.
