The villa is located on the gated community of Briarwood, close to all amenities Naples offers. It is within 10 minuts of Olde Naples, Naples Pier and the sandy beaches famous for their spectacular sunsets. 5th Avenue, which boasts some of the finest restaurants, bars and shops, is nearby.

Briarwood is within easy access to the Interstate 75 motorway and is a very pleasant 3 hour drive to Busch Gardens and Disneyworld.

The world famous Everglades,Fort Myers, Captiva and Sanibel Islands are all within easy driving distance of the villa and make a great day out.

Our beautiful villa has only come onto the rental market in June 07. The villa has been freshly painted in every area with brand new carpeting in the lounge, formal dining and bedroom areas.

All bedrooms, lounge and dining areas come with brand new quality furniture designed to give you maximum luxury and comfort.

The feature of the house though, is the pool, which is much larger than average and the lanai/patio area big enough for large table, 6 chairs (including 2 rockers), 4 sunloungers and barbecue.....all brand new!

The Master bedroom with King Size bed has a beautiful en-suite with bath and a seperate walk in shower. The room also features his and hers walk in wardrobes. Cable tv is also available in all bedrooms. The lounge has 2 fabulous new 3 seater sofas that look onto a new tv wall cabinet that houses a 32 inch HD flatscreen television, together with a Dvd player. For formal dining there is a gorgeous glass topped table with 6 highbacked chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances and utensils.
