Our delightful house is situated on a quiet Residential Development at Davenport Lakes Orlando.
We are just off the 192 and 10 mins drive to Disney Theme Parks, close to Resturants and a large Publix supermarket.

This Four-Bedroom Villa which can accomodate up to 8 people enjoys a delightful position close to the edge of the 400-Acre lake, with Tennis Courts, Barbecue and Picnic facilities on the Lakeside.

The House is a 30-minute drive from Orlando International Airport and approx 1 Hour from Sanford Airport.

Stairs lead up to 3 Bedrooms and Family Bathroom, also a 'Feature' Galleried Lounge, which overlooks the Ground Floor area, Comprising of Family Room, with cable T.V & Music System, Dining Area, Master Bedroom/En-Suite, Kitchen/Breakfast Nook. Also there is a large Games room equipped with full size Pool Table, Darts and Board Games and a separate fridge are also provided, Utility room and W.C


The Pool has an attractive secluded sundeck with large Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi which overlooks the conservation area, and is bathed in sunshine all day long. There is outdoor furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The Pool can be floodlit for late evening swimming. If you are staying in a cooler season we can arrange with our agents for the Pool to be heated.

Davenport Lakes is just 2 minutes south of the west end of the U.S 192. All the Disney Theme Parks are only a 15 minutes drive. Universal and Sea World are only a 25 minutes drive and Kennedy Space Centre and Beaches are only one hours drive.
Orlando International Airport is only a 45 minutes drive.

The local activties include Swimming, Tennis Walking, Fishing, Golf and Water Skiing.

There is a large Publix and a Walmart Supermarket less than 5 minutes drive away. There are many bars, restaurants and shops on both the 192 and the 27 all of which are only a short drive away.

Also there are many shopping outlets with all the designer labels only a short drive away.
