Our executive private family villa is located on the New 'Bass Lakes Estate', which is a small high class development with a wooded conservation area as its backdrop and in close proximity to Disney World. Just a short walk along the palm tree lined walkway are restaurants to suit all tastes, shops including a Wal-Mart for all your food and gift shopping at local prices, night time shows (Medieval times), Adventure Golf, Air Boat rides, Go Karts, and even British style pubs should you have time to miss home. This select community is just a little over 10 minutes from Disney World and is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Just off Highway 192, Kissimmee, close to all the local attractions Florida has to offer yet in the right place to be away from it all. For keen golfers the villa is ideally located for many golf courses. Fishing is available on the private lake, there is horse riding close by or you could just pop along to the local Friday night rodeo in Kissimmee.

Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, overlooking orange groves at the back and to the front there is an attractive and reputedly well-stocked fishing lake with a wooden fishing deck.
There are 4 full size spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 people plus cot. It is possible to sleep a further 2 people on the queen size sofa bed.. The two master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and cable TV's. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, a large lounge area with great facilities (cable TV, PlayStation 2, DVD, VCR, mini hi-fi system, full size Bar Football table), and a full set of golf clubs, fishing rods have been left for your use. The large south facing pool catches the sun the whole day long, and heating is available if required. The villa is fully alarmed for extra peace of mind. Next to the nearby lake there is a delightful recreational area with Cabaña and children's play area along with communal BBQs ideal for large get togethers (solely for the use of Villa owners in the Bass Lakes community and their guests).

We think the villa is ideally located to visit all the fantastic nearby tourist attractions including Disney World itself (just over a ten minute drive). The villa is situated in a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac yet it is also within walking distance of local attractions. So if you are getting bored of driving everywhere why not take the palm tree lined walk ways to the local Pioneer center, adventure golf, air boat rides, Go Karts restaurants, night entertainment (famous medieval times), or just shop at the super sized Walmart shopping centre.
In the unlikely event that you will find the time to feel home sick, there are even British pubs close by.
Alternatively you can take your children horse riding at the nearby Horse World Riding Stables. or you could even see the Friday night Kissimmee Rodeo one junction east along the 192 Highway.
Golf courses ranked amongst the best in America are also close to the Villa. There is so much to do, you will really need several visits to the area before you will be able to do all the activities.
