Our home is located in beautiful Fort Myers, Southwest Florida in a gated community close to shops, restaurants, beaches, national parks, tourist attractions and golf courses.

Our villa is only 2 years old, it is fully air-conditioned and boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with its own screened heated swimming pool with an expansive deck and outside eating area. It has an additional sofa bed within the separate living area of the great room to allow extra sleeping accommodation. The main bedroom has a 6ft bed together with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a 2nd double bedroom and third twin bedroom which share the second bathroom. The breakfast/dining area is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen and overlooks the lanai (outdoor eating area)

Our villa is located 10 minutes from miles and miles of endless sandy beaches. It is a 5 minute walk to grocery stores and food outlets. There are four large shopping malls within 25 minutes of the property and historic Naples is only a 30 minute drive away containing fashionable boutiques and fine dining. Nearby are attractions such as water parks, national parks such as the Everglades, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and the area is abundant with golf courses, restaurants and recreational activities. Southwest Florida International airport is only 20 minutes away, Miami and Tampa are within a 2 hour drive and Orlando is 3 hours away.
