This stunning 2 storey, 5 bed/4 bath villa, brand new for 2006, is situated in the new community of Seasons. It is superbly furnished to an extremely high standard and would be ideal for a large family or two families to share, being able to accommodate up to 12 people, and has its own large private screened pool and spa, which can be fully heated, if required, for a small charge. The pool is not overlooked. The first/ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
Seasons is tucked away in a small, peaceful community, yet is a genuine 10 minute drive away from Walt Disney World. There is a pretty lake where you can take a leisurely stroll in the evenings if you wish. A large selection of shops, restaurants (including the famous Medieval Times), golf courses and other attractions are all a few minutes away. Orlando International airport is 25 minutes drive away.
Our luxury villa is equipped with every modern amenity that you would need to make a perfect vacation in the sun. The large, spacious Family Room has a beautiful leather suite, a 32” TV with over 80 cable channels, and a DVD/VCR player with a large selection of films. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for that favourite family meal or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the Breakfast nook, separate Dining Room, or why not eat “al fresco” in the lanai area by your own private pool?
Outside by the sparkling-clear pool, you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the bubbling spa that cascades a waterfall into the main pool, and soothe away the day’s excitement at the parks. Relax as you sit in the sumptuous sun loungers and soak in the rays. If you want some shade, there is a covered lanai. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading onto the extended pool deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
The sleeping accommodation includes a downstairs Master bedroom suite, complete with a Four Poster King size bed, large TV and DVD player, large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and a large corner bath. A further Queen sized bedroom with a TV and separate bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms - one which has a Queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The last 2 bedrooms offer Twin beds in each and share a Family Bathroom. All bedrooms have large closets, cable TV and there are Playstations (PS2’s) with numerous games in two of the bedrooms. Finally, the sofa in the Family Room can be converted into a comfortable Queen Sized sleeper, if required.
There is a separate Utility Room, with a large washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board & iron. The garage has been converted into a Games Room with a full sized Championship Pool table, foosball and air hockey. We provide high speed internet access and baby equipment free of charge to our guests.
We provide all towels and linens and our highly recommended management company are at hand for any questions or help you might need.
The villa is close to numerous golf courses and within 1 hour’s drive from the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts and the Kennedy Space Centre. |
