We would love to welcome you to our villa Emerald Retreat for your vacation.
Our privately owned open plan villa is situated on the lakeside in a quiet residential area. The spacious layout can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The family living area has a 55inch 4k smart TV with DVR box and Dvd player and has sliding doors that open onto the pool area. In addition there is a formal lounge which provides a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped and has table seating for six with an additional breakfast bar with stools. For something a little more formal there is a separate dining area with seating for six.
The master bedrooms have queen-sized beds and are both ensuite. The twin rooms share a main family bathroom. All four bedrooms have walk-in closets and have ample storage. The master bedroom has cable TV, while the other bedrooms have smart TV's. All bedrooms have laminate flooring.
Linens and towels (bath/beach) are provided and hairdryers can be found in the bathrooms.
The private screened 28ft x 14ft heated pool has unobstructed views of the lake. The large deck with sun loungers and outdoor dining facilities including a gas BBQ (gas can be purchased locally) provide the ideal setting for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset.
The Bradenton/Sarasota area is suitable for all the family and provides a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. The area is renowned for its many golf courses, excellent shopping with Ellenton Premium outlets and UTC mall only minutes from the house. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota Bay, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island are only a short drive away.
Busch Gardens and Tampa are 50 minutes drive while Orlando and its many theme parks is a 90 minute drive away. The villa is 4 minutes from the I-75 and your gateway to many areas.

Located on the SR64, close to exit 220 of the I75. The villa is situated in a residential boating community in River Pointe, Bradenton. Our privately owned villa is on the lakeside, where the abundance of Florida wildlife that the lake attracts can be enjoyed, while relaxing at the poolside.
The Bradenton/Sarasota area has lots of attractions for the whole family. Bradenton Riverwalk is a 1.5-mile-long public green space which features a skatepark, 400-seat amphitheater, playgrounds, and a splash pad. Museums and aquariums as well as numerous golf courses and beaches are all easily accessible. For the shopping enthusiasts the Ellenton Outlets and malls are only a short drive.
Tampa airport 45mins, Sarasota/Bradenton airport 15mins, Orlando airport 90mins from the house.
