Crescent Lakes has the best of both worlds in Orlando - close to all the major theme parks, yet has the privacy you desire for a relaxing holiday. The majority of houses on Crescent Lakes are built on larger than average plots, many with conservation views or backing onto the number of interwoven lakes on the estate. For those of you who enjoy nature, there is a beautiful conservation area just a few minutes away. This includes nature walks where you can see exotic wildlife, birds and many species of plants and shrubs.

This house is situated in the Calla Lilly Cove sub-section of Crescent Lakes which is surrounded by a beautiful conservation area. Wildlife abounds and the whole community has a very spacious and peaceful feel to it.

Downstairs Living Area
Walking through the front door toward the south elevation of the house, is the spectacular double height living area. This stretches almost the full width of the back of the house. It has an open area above, stretching all the way up to the upstairs ceiling, meaning the area is very light and airy. We have a HUGE 60" TV with DVD player, stereo system and lots more. Two patio doors look out on the pool area - and beyond, onto a beautiful lake.

To one end of the living area is our first dining area. The second dining area is at the front of the house - both are adjacent to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your use with a large self cleaning oven, huge fridge / freezer with built in ice maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker and lots more.

Off the kitchen area is a bathroom which contains a bath / shower, basic and toilet. Also off the kitchen is a utility area which has a huge washer and dryer together with iron and ironing board.

Master Suite 2
A US King size bed features in this stylishly decorated bedroom. It has a ceiling fan, alarm clock, TV and DVD Player.

The en-suite bathroom has a basin, toilet and walk-in shower.

Twin Bedroom
This is a lovely sunny room containing twin beds, ceiling fan, alarm clock, TV and DVD Player. It is downstairs and looks out to the front of the house.

Upstairs Living Area
The upstairs living area contains a futon which folds out into an additional Queen bed (if required). We also have a TV with DVD Player, PS2 and games. Off this area is a further bathroom which contains a bath / shower, 2 basins and a toilet.

There is a PC with 24/7 wireless broadband internet access. You can even use your own laptop providing you have a wireless card. This is offered FREE of charge

Master Suite 1
This is a lovely room featuring a stylish wood carved four-poster US King size bed with TV, DVD player, phone, clock / radio and ceiling fan. Opposite the bed is an ornate dresser with mirrors. The room looks out over the pool area and the beautiful lake view.

The en-suite bathroom has two basins, huge walk-in shower, a big oval bath tub and a separate toilet. Two separate walk-in closets adjoin the bedroom with plenty of space for storing your belongings.


Queen Bed 1
This beautiful room has a US Queen size bed, ceiling fan, alarm clock, TV and DVD Player. Opposite the bed is a dresser with mirror. It is upstairs and looks out over the pool area and to the lake beyond.

Queen Bed 2
A fabulous four-poster US Queen size bed features in this room along with a ceiling fan, alarm clock, TV and DVD Player. Opposite the bed is a dresser with mirror. It is upstairs and looks out to the front of elevation of the house.

Twin 1
This room contains twin beds, ceiling fan, alarm clock, TV and DVD Player. It is upstairs and looks out to the front of the house. This is a really pretty room.

Queen / Bunk
A great room with a stylish bunk bed: a single bed on top and US Queen size below. It also features a ceiling fan, alarm clock, TV and DVD Player. It is upstairs and looks out to the front of the house.

Games Room
Enjoy our fully equipped Games Room contains a full size pool table, air hockey table and foosball table. This is a great place to chill out and have some fun.

Pool Area / Children's Pool / Jacuzzi / Spa
The pool is 30 x 17 feet at the deep end narrowing to 15 feet wide at the shallow end. We have extended the pool deck to give you lots of space to catch the rays of the Florida sunshine. Additionally, a portion of the decking is also covered to give options if you prefer to shade from the sun whilst sitting outside.

Adjoining the pool is a separate children's pool (1 foot depth) and a massive spa / jacuzzi.

The pool area is furnished with top quality sun loungers, chairs and tables and overlooks a beautiful lake where you will see plenty of Florida's natural wildlife like the crested cranes or egrets that are found all round Crescent Lakes.

The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort and can be set to a temperature to suit you. There are two dining areas which is ideal when there are 2 or more families.

Crescent Lakes is 2 miles south of Highway 17/92 on Poincianna Boulevard close to Highway 192. It is less than 10 minutes from the 192 and the main street of Kissimmee with all the shops and restaurants. This convenient location is only 15-20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and the famous International Drive.

Let me first start by saying "Awesome, Awesome, Awesome". We all had the best time ever staying at your Villa and in Orlando! Your Villa is Superb by far. My family and I agree that when we walked into your Villa there was no evidence that there had been any prior life forms staying there. That really baffled us because normally when you rent or lease a vacation home there are signs that someone else has stayed there before you and there wasn't. We had a great time of relaxation and rest there.
