Our villa is situated on the very popular Calabay Parc community, South West of Orlando, just 15 minutes drive from Disney Resorts and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios.
Within a few minutes drive it is possible to access a handful of golf courses including the “Champions Gate” course designed by Greg Norman; plus many more courses are within easy reach by car.
The villa is easily accessed from both Sanford and Orlando International airports and can accommodate up to 10 adults/children plus up to 2 cots if required.

Our villa is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. Each en-suite master bedroom has direct access to the pool/sun deck area and one equipped with a queen sized bed the other with a king sized bed. The two twin bedded rooms, one of which is Disney themed, share a third bathroom with shower. All linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Cots and highchairs are available if required.

The villa has a spacious kitchen complete with cooker, large microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-making and drinks dispenser facilities, dishwasher, coffee machine etc and a full range of utensils.

The children's room with Queen size sleeper sofa, TV, Sony PS2 with games is a great place for the kids to get a break from the adults!

There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The large covered pool and deck area comes complete with a simply operated jacuzzi/spa and a full range of padded patio furniture. The pool can be heated if required during the cooler months and can be lit for night-time use. A removable child safety fence is provided around the pool area for your children's safety. The pool area is not directly overlooked at the rear as so many others are.

Inside the villa you will find a range of books and maps on Florida and Disney to help you get the most out of your stay.

A full management service is available throughout the period of your holiday to assist with any aspect concerning your villa accommodation.

Calabay Parc has its own recreational area for smaller children as well as a volleyball court for the more athletic.

Orlando International and Sanford Airports are within easy reach. Glorious Gulf Coast beaches are only an hour's drive away. Calabay Parc is also close to new local supermarkets, take-away food courts, a new Internet Cafe, ticket distribution centre and is within a 5-minute drive of two brand new Greg Norman designed golf courses.
