The en-suite bathroom has bath, shower, and his and her washbasins.

The east wing of the house has a Queen bedroom also opening onto the pool deck, a twin bedroom, and a further bathroom.

As well as a fully equipped kitchen, the lounge has large screen TV, DVD and stereo, and also opens on to the pool deck.
The house is fitted throughout with intercom and piped music into every room.

From the pool area a few steps lead to your own private boat dock, which is just a few minutes from the open water of Charlotte Harbour. Boat rental is available nearby.
