A superb gas heated pool with built in spa (gets up to 100F), extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened and has a beautiful view over a large retention pond. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. The pool has a removable child safety fence and there are child friendly alarmed patio doors.
There is a games room including a full size pool table and air hockey table and loads of pool toys.
Cable TVs (including 42 inch HD LCD TV), DVD players, high speed internet access, computer and telephone with free local and international calls are all there for your use.
The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer (with water and ice dispenser), dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.
