Community facilities include a pool and cabana, basketball court, children’s playground, and nature trail walks. There is a boat launch less than a mile away on the Manatee River. .

There are two separate and very comfortable living areas. The first overlooks the lake and has sliding patio doors opening out to the pool area. There is a 99 channel cable TV and DVD/CD player to keep everyone entertained.
Ceiling fans are throughout the whole house including all bedrooms and there is a telephone with free local calls.
Lounge 2 is very sumptuous with a high ceiling and beautiful leather seating. A 99 channel cable TV, Playstation 2 player and a fantastic 15 in 1 mini games table keeps everyone busy.

The Master Bedroom is a stunning contemporary designed bedroom with an American King size bed (larger than a Queen), a 99 channel cable TV, Large en suite bathroom with a huge walk in shower, corner tub bath, twin marble vanities, separate toilet and hairdryer. Also the added bonus of “his and “hers” walk in closets. There is also a door which opens out directly into the pool and lake area.
Bedroom 2 has an American Queen size bed with a 99 channel TV. A full bathroom with large shower, marble vanity, toilet and hairdryer is immediately next to this bathroom.
Bedroom 3 and 4. Both bedrooms have twin beds and a third full bathroom with bath, shower facility, marble vanity, hairdryer and toilet is positioned conveniently between these two bedrooms.

A new Kitchen is always a joy and this one certainly is, every appliance and gadget you could possibly want from Fruit Smoothie to Snow Cone maker. The large American style fridge has an automatic ice maker, crushed or cubed ice and cooled filtered water always available for you. An extra filtered water faucet is also available by the main sink. We always ensure there is tea, coffee, milk and sugar when you arrive so there is no need to waste time shopping for these items on the way to the villa after a long journey. We try and supply all essentials for the villa so you can get on and enjoy your holiday. A full shopping service for groceries and drinks can be arranged if required. A telephone with free local calls for your use.
There is an area for formal dining and a breakfast bar with stools, ideal for having a snack or drink at anytime. A Childs High Chair is available for hire if required. For all your laundry needs there is a full laundry room, with sink, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A door from this leads through to the spacious 3 car garage where you will find beach chairs and umbrella, beach mats, and children’s play things for the beach. Also bicycles, skateboard, basketballs, frisbees, balls and more.

A beautiful newly built electrically heated private pool with a special pebble finish is fully screened with a large lanai and overlooks a spectacular lake which has preserve behind. The lake is full of waterfowl for you to watch as you relax in the Florida sunshine. The pool area has new luxury executive patio furniture, a table which can seat up to 8 for dining outside, sun loungers and rocker chairs and a small side table. There is a covered shaded area to dine under, with a fan and lights and a light in the pool for the evening dip.
To ensure complete safety for toddlers there is a removable child safety barrier if required. A pool airer /dryer is provided to help dry swimsuits and towels. There are always a selection of pool toys and games available and a gas BBQ/grill for hire
