Situated in the quiet residential area of Buenaventura Lakes, just 10 minutes drive away from Orlando’s International Airport and just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, even closer to the other attractions in the Kissimmee area, Sea World and Universal Studios, to name just two.

Within a mile , or so, are large supermarkets and other useful shops and banks and with the main area of Kissimmee just minutes away, it’s wide variety of restaurants and souvenir shops suit every taste.

Come and visit this delightful, large family home, ( two large bedrooms, both en-suite, sleeps 7 ), with gorgeous heated screened-in swimming pool, completely fenced-in for extra privacy, in a tranquil residential area, just a short walk to the nearest golf course.

We are constantly upgrading this already very comfortable, homely, fully air-conditioned accommodation…adding more home-comforts, to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The living room measures ( 21’x 15’ ), including the dining area and has attractive patio doors, overlooking the pool and garden, fenced in, for added privacy. The dining suite seats six comfortably and all crockery, glasses and cutlery is provided. There is a large screened stereo TV, with Cable installed for your viewing pleasure, a video recorder, DVD, a CD player, as well as a comfortable fully sprung queen size sofa bed.

There is a large ( 12’x 10’ ), fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, with table and chairs, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and the all-important dishwasher. There is also a telephone provided with free local and international calls provided.

The main bedroom is again very spacious ( 14’x 11’ ) and features a double bed, all bed linens, chest of drawers unit, clock radio alarm and remote control Cable TV. En-suite bathroom comprises, power-shower, w/c and very attractive illuminated vanitory unit with wash basin.

The second bedroom is of identical size, but this time has one single and one double bed, all linens, drawer chest, clock radio alarm and Cable TV. Again the en-suite has shower, w/c and vanitory unit, but this time also has a bath.

The driveway leads to the double garage, which contains washing machine and tumble dryer.

Relax around the pool on our sun-loungers, cook on our Gas BBQ to eat out poolside, as all patio furniture is also included.

Towels are also provided and our friendly local Management Company are always on hand for any help, or questions that you may have. The spotless accommodation is immaculately serviced between lets, to assure you a restful and worry-free holiday.


A “ Welcome Pack” can be arranged for you, which will consist of those ‘necessities’, for your first evening and morning ( milk, bread, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, cereal, bananas, eggs, toilet tissue, soap, paper towels and a rubbish bag ). If you require this, a supplement of £15 will be charged – just let us know when booking.

If you want to explore further, we are just 15 minutes from I-4, which can take you East to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Coast, Daytona beach and Cocoa beach, in around an hour, or West for 1.5 hours will take you to Busch Gardens Theme Park, Tampa Bay, or the fabulous white sand of St Petersburg and Clearwater beaches. We are also very conveniently located for Florida’s Turnpike, which is the main route North-South throughout Florida and this will take you South to Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the incredible Florida Keys.
