Orange Tree is located in Clermont, north west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just two miles north of the western end of the Highway 192 with easy access to the Theme parks.

Orange Tree is also one of the few communities to have pavements and street lights, and has become one of the most attractive and upscale communities in the area, surrounded by working Orange Groves and is a very peaceful and tranquil location, despite being within easy reach of all the amenities and attractions.

Our villa is superbly furnished and as our property is brand new and available for use as of May 2007 it has all the modern amenities you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The bedrooms comprise of 1 king sized double with en-suite bathroom, 1 queen sized double with en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, and together with an additional queen sized sofa bed in the family room, this provides sleeping accommodation for 10 people.

We have two large, separate living areas to provide plenty of relaxation space for large parties.
There is a separate formal dining room and an additional breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen with 2 barstools.

Outside is a 30ft heated and screened swimming pool, with spa set within a spacious patio and covered porch area. There is a safety screen to keep the little ones away from the water, whilst not intrusive this can be removed if you require. The extended pool deck & loungers are great for soaking up the Florida Sun. The pool area can be accessed via patio doors from the master bedroom, nook and family room. There is also access to one of the bathrooms from the pool deck.

Our home is fully air conditioned.
We supply all linen & can provide a cot / crib & highchair on request.

Tennis & basketball courts are just a few minutes walk away within the estate next to a games field with football / soccer nets for the more energetic amongst you. There are also 2 kiddies playgrounds within the estate. These facilities are reserved for the residents & guests of Orange Tree.

Orange Tree is quite close to all major attractions, Disney for example being an easy 15 minute drive.

Supermarkets including a supersize Walmart, Restaurants, Banks, Pharmacies etc are within 5 minutes.

Golfers, take your pick from the many local courses. Beginner or seasoned pro, there is something for everyone. 10 minutes away is the Orange Lake Golf & Country Club with its course designed by Arnold Palmer.
