This is our Villa in the sun , situated in Indian Point Kissimmee Florida , Our Villa has Four bedrooms and two bathrooms a games room/garage and a large Private pool and toddlers pool.It is fully air-conditioned.
The Lounge Diner is fully furnished in the Floridian style it is comfortable and spaceious and ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at the parks, there is cable TV for your enjoyment also a DVD player and a HI-Fi system , the villa is Furnished to Luxury standards.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer , cooker, microwave , dishwasher and coffee maker plus toaster, all essential china and cutlery etc are provided,
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use in the utility room.
The Garage has been changed into a games room for your enjoyment with a Pool Table and Air Hokey.
The Master Bedroom has a Queensize bed , a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, featuring a large corner bath and walk-in shower, it also has the added luxury of cable Tv.
The other bedrooms consist of a luxury double bed and luxury furnishings, twin single beds and walk-in wardrobes and cupboards , the fourth bedroom consists of a Double Bunk bed with walk-in wardrobe.
Situated at the rear of the villa is our own screened large private pool, the pool is fitted with a heat pump so to have warm water all year round, it also has a seperate pool for the toddlers . An aray of sun loungers ,chairs and tables are available for you to soak up the sun.
