Our home is fully air-conditioned giving a cool refreshing welcome when you open the door and is very spacious offering over 2000 sq ft of living space.
Separate Lounge and Family Room
The villa benefits from having two seperate lounge areas, giving you the choice of relaxing or entertaining environments. A large screen cable tv provides entertainment for everyone in the family room, supported by DVD and Hi-Fi systems, whilst peace and quiet can be found in the second spacious lounge, ideal for reading a book or chatting over a glass of wine.
There is also a choice of eating areas within the villa. A handy breakfast bar surrounds the kitchen area, great for the kids in the mornings, together with a comforatble informal suite in the nook, ideal for chatting over the plans for the day. Also, a beautiful formal dining area complements our home, great for entertaining friends and enjoying good food.
The kitchen is a dream having all appliances to create your culinary delights, including cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer (with ice cubes on tap!). Dishwasher and waste disposal ensures your every convenience, with a full range of crockery, pots and pans, everything you need. A separate utility room provides for all your washing and drying requirements, should you choose to use them.
Large 30ft South Facing Heated Private Pool and Deck
The pool and garden provide every opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sun. The large 30ft pool provides for that relasing float, calorie burning swim or fantastic fun for all the family, whilst the decking and garden allow you to lie back, relax and soak up the rays. At the poolside sun beds are provided along with an outdoor dining suite for those meals "al-fresco".
Full-size Professional Pool Table
For even greater enjoyment during your vacation, our villa also provides a large full-size professional Pool Table. Great for the family to enjoy on those quieter days away from the theme parks. Why not set up a family tournament during your stay!
After all those exhausting days at the theme parks, what better way than to relax in one of the four sumptuous bedrooms. An excellent range of sleeping arrangements is available to suit all families whatever the size.
The Master suite is outstanding with a huge Queen size bed with maple furnishings along with a luxurious en-suite bathroom which has all you need. A large tub and seperate double shower together with double vanity basins and a huge "walk in wardrobe" providing plenty of storage space.
A further king size room with light oak furnishings provides for a very comfortable sleep and is situated alongside the second bathroom, which has full facilities including a bath, shower and vanity unit.
Two additional twin rooms provide for individual comfort and one is themed around Mickey Mouse especially for the children (whatever their age!!). A cot and high chair are also provided for our younger guests.
All bedrooms have large wardrobe space and subdued lighting to aid a restful night's sleep, together with ceiling fans to circulate the cooling air. Hairdryers and all bed linen and towels are provided.
Additionally, both the lounge and family rooms each have king-size sofa-beds giving a maximum capacity of 12 guests in the home. For added security a safe is provided (at extra cost) to hold special items during your stay.
