Our luxurious new Gulf Coast villa has it all!! It is situated in a quiet residential part of Spring Hill, which is in the area known as Florida’s Nature Coast, with abundant bird life and even manatees can be seen in the wild, yet the villa is within easy reach of Tampa International Airport (45minutes via the new Suncoast Parkway) and the major theme parks. Pine Island, the nearest beach is 10 mns drive and Weeki Wachee Water Park and Mermaid Show is a mere 8 mns. Clearwater, St Petersburg and Honeymoon Island beaches are within easy reach. The area is a paradise for golfers of all abilities as there are numerous courses nearby, and the Gulf is a fisherman’s Paradise. There are many shops and restaurants within a short drive of the villa. Our property enjoys an open aspect and the pool/spa and sundeck are bathed in sunshine throughout the day.

DESCRIPTION

This fully air-conditioned villa was only completed in February 2007 and furnished in March and features everything that you would require for a truly enjoyable holiday, The property has one king bedded master bedroom with en suite bathroom and T.V, a further queen bedded room and a twin bedded room, which all have dressing tables, nightstands & walk-in wardrobes. There is a second bathroom, which has a bath and shower, towels and linens are all provided. There is also a fully equipped utility room. The large comfortable family room has a wide screen TV with DVD. There is a separate dining area and a breakfast nook adjoining the fully open plan fitted kitchen, which has a dishwasher and large fridge freezer dispensing ice cubes and chilled water. All the rooms have ceiling fans, and a further two outside. The star feature of the property is the 28’ x 14’ swimming pool with spa and the large sunbathing deck, which includes a covered dining area to take advantage of outdoor living. The entire pool and patio area is screened and there is optional electric pool heating available for the winter months.
