Our luxurious fully equipped pool home is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida at Spring Hill. With easy access from Tampa airport via the Suncoast Parkway.
There are a selection of local golf courses, cinema and bowling nearby. Shopaholics are well catered for with the Gulf View Mall and a host of huge stores to pick up designer bargains.
For the more energetic a host of water sports are available at Pine Island Beach, which is also a haven for sun worshippers, only 15 minutes away.
There are an array of Restaurants which will cater for all tastes, from Thai to Italian to Seafood and everything else in between.

This newly built and tastefully furnished home comprises 5 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Master suite with Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom and child crib and walk in closet, also flat screen TV.
Bedroom 2 Kingsize bed, situated on the ground floor for the less mobile.
Bedroom 3 Queen size bed.
Bedroom 4 with 3 x twin (single) beds, also TV/DVD combo.
Bedroom 5 with 2 x twin (single) beds.

Large family room with 60" cable TV, luxurious seating for the whole family.
Leading to dining area seating 10, you won't find this in many other rental homes.
For quieter moments there is the den with music system for easy listening.
Fully equipped kitchen for those wishing to cater from home, leading to laundry room with washer, drier and ironong facilities.
Private swimming pool, 28 x 14', heating available on request. Child safety fence also available. Pool furniture includes 4 loungers and seating for 8 (additonal beach chairs in the garage).

Buccaneer Bay water park and Weeki Wachee Springs are close by. Tarpon Springs is approx 35 minutes away for those wishing to take in some culture at the Greek sponge docks.
Busch Gardens theme park is approximately 35 minutes away and caters for all ages and excitement levels.
To the East you have Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios and many more approximately 70 minutes away via SR50.
