Situated in the tranquil residential community of Creekside approximately 1 mile from route 192, which hosts numerous restaurants and shops. Close by is the Super Walmart and if golf is your game there are several courses locally. You are only 2 minutes drive from 2 medical centres and within 10 minutes from various shopping Malls. Disney is only 15 minutes away and the central location ensures that you are close to all of the other attractions.

Our 3 bed / 2 bath family owned pool home is fully air-conditioned also benefiting from paddle fans for added comfort. There is a fully monitored security alarm system giving added peace of mind. The main living room, dinning room, kitchen and wet areas are fully tiled. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is ample room to sleep up to 8 people in comfort.

~The lounge~
is furnished with 3 and 2 seaters plus matching armchair it also has cable T.V. DVD/video, coffee tables and lamps. You will find a selection of children’s DVDs and family games to use. The pool area can be accessed from the patio doors in the lounge.

~The dinning area~
is off the lounge and has a dinning table and chairs. This is where the HI FI system is located

~The fully fitted kitchen~
has everything you could require. Cooker, microwave, refrigerator / freezer with crushed or cubed ice and cool water dispensers , dishwasher, toaster, tea and coffee making things all crockery, pots/pans and cooking utensils are provided. The telephone, which has free NATIONAL AND UK calls, is also situated in the kitchen. Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clotheshorse are also provided. The double sink has a waste disposal ( So don’t put your fingers in or you will loose them!!!!)

~The utility room~
is just off the kitchen and is where the washer and the dryer are situated

~The breakfast nook~
is situated off the kitchen and has a breakfasting table and chairs.



~The master bedroom~
has a King-sized bed, cable T.V. Bedside tables, lamps, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and hair straightener. There is a large walk-in closet with loads of hanging and storage space. This Bedroom has its own Bathroom with his and hers vanity basins also a large walk in shower

~The second bedroom~
has a queen-sized bed, bedside table, lamp, radio alarm clock and hair dryer with ample closet space.

~The third bedroom~
has twin beds bedside table and lamp with ample closet space. There is also a T.V. and PS2 with games.

~The second bathroom~
has a ¾ bath, which also has a fixed head shower.

~The garage~
can be accessed from the house and is an excellent place to dry clothes on the clotheshorse, which is provided.

All linen and towels are provided along with 2 folding beds with mattresses.

~For our smaller guests~
at no extra cost a fold away cot complete with bedding, highchair, baby monitor, buggy and in car booster seat are available. (If any of these items are required they must be requested at time of booking.)


~The pool~
has underwater lighting for evening swims. The pool and large patio area is enclosed with a fine mesh screen this lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out. There is ample patio furniture and loungers for soaking up those rays. If you need to get out of the Florida sun there is also a large covered area on the patio (lanai). There is lighting and a paddle fan in this area, perfect to relax in with a cool evening drink.
