This lovely 2,900 square feet, fully air conditioned 4 bedroom 2 bath villa is located in what is called the Treasure Coast. This split plan villa comprises of a Master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with roman tub, separate toilet and large separate walk-in shower, 3 further double bedrooms, the second bathroom is situated off the hallway between the two double bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed located in lounge area, formal dining area, fitted kitchen (all crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchenware supplied), with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, sink waste disposal unit, microwave, range and oven, including a large double door fridge/freezer with ice making compartment. The separate breakfast area overlooks covered patio. Very open plan with high vaulted ceilings, large sliding glass doors opening out to large covered patio furnished with BBQ and outdoor eating area.
