Interstate I-4 is only minutes away giving you access to the attractions
in Tampa and Orlando. World renowned Champions Gate Golf Club & Reunion Resort is only a mile away. There is a Publix supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, restaurants, and fast food outlets only 5 minutes away. If you like golf, there are 4 courses within 5 minutes and over 25 courses within a 20 minute drive.

You will have plenty of room to play and relax in this large, nearly 3000 square foot, executive villa. It easily sleeps 10 people and has room for two more using the sofa bed on the main floor. It's size makes it ideal for large families or two families traveling together. When you first enter our villa, you will immediately be impressed with the professional decorating and high standards of care this home has received. At the center of the villa, you will find a large comfortable living room with soft sofas, television, DVD, CD, and VCR for your entertainment. The dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the living room with seating for up to eleven people. While you dine, you will be treated to a wonderful view of the wooded conservation area beyond our pool and lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dinnerware, and cookware you would expect to find in your own home. Enjoy swimming in our large private heated pool, or let the jets in our spa warm and sooth your aching muscles. The pool faces South and East giving you full sunshine starting in the morning and lasting through the day. If you prefer to enjoy the Florida weather in the shade, there is a patio table with chairs and loungers under the covered lanai and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Beyond the pool and patio is a well maintained yard completely fenced for your privacy and the safety of your children and pets. On the lower level there is a king master suite with an en-suite bathroom having a separate shower unit and garden tub. From this master suite, you have direct access to the pool for an early morning swim or late night star gazing. Two queen master bedrooms are located on the second floor. Also on the second floor are two twin bedrooms, one specially decorated for children, and two bathrooms. We have a fantastic game room located on the first floor. It is furnished with a video arcade game, a Play Station II, television with DVD player, Air Hockey, a Pool Table, adult game table, micro wave oven and mini refrigerator.
