Emerald Island is surrounded by a conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. As you pass through the 24 hour guarded gatehouse the playful dolphin fountains welcome you to this unique resort.
This excellent location is less than 3 miles to Walt Disney World. Seaworld and Universal Studios are only a short drive away. There are a number of golf courses in the area, Magic Dunes is just 2 minutes away.
For shopping there is the excellent Florida Mall, or the exclusive Millenia Mall plus many more. Downtown Disney provides shops, restaurants and a multiplex
cinema. Closer to home there are shops, a supermarket and many restaurants ( to suit all tastes and budgets) all less than a mile from Emerald Island
The clubhouse is the centre of activity with a community pool, spa, gym, steam room, sauna, arcade and internet access. The beautifully landscaped grounds include a children's play area, volley ball and a nature trail that winds through the natural woodland setting.
This location can save you hours of driving time in a week to get to Disney. In addition, it only takes a few minutes to get to other Orlando attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, the Convention Centers, and International Drive.

Brand new six bedroom five and a half bath magnabay villa for the extended family group very private pool facing conservation lot in a superb setting one of the closest resorts to Disney only three miles
Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and is galleried from above. It is the ideal spot to relax with the family, enjoy the cable T.V or a D.V.D. or connect to the internet via our free wireless broadband connection. The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area. In the kitchen the informal breakfast area seats six and also has patio doors leading to the pool ( it also provides a good view of the T.V in the family room!) Fully equipped with; cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker and phone. The feature archway provides easy food access to the formal dining area
There are six bedrooms in total.
The first romantic master suite over looks the pool area which boasts a luxury king-size bed and TV. An en suite bathroom, with a roman tub vanity unit,separate shower and water closet half bath; with wash basin and water closet.
The second romantic master bedroom which is located up stairs also has a luxury king-size bed,TV, leading to the en suite bathroom with vanity unit, bath with shower over and water closet.
Two further bedrooms consist of queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms.
Two additional twin bedded guest rooms feature two twin beds and share a bathroom.

Relax in the comfortable living area whilst listening to your favourite music; the formal dining room table can comfortable seat six, a high chair will be provided for your little ones; The family room.
Is an informal open plan living area leading to the kitchen and is galleried from above. The living area is ideal to relax with the family, and to enjoy cable TV or a DVD. The patio doors give full view of the pool and spa and extended lanai which host table and chairs to eat alfresco style

Its really easy Either e-mail or phone with your required dates. We reply that same day with a no obligation quote. If you want to book that price always stays the same . We then either post or e-mail a booking form which ever you prefer. Once the completed booking form and $300 per week deposit is received we will forward on a receipt this deposit holds the home in your name. Six to eight weeks before your holiday we will contact you for your final balance and $500 security deposit we then forward on a receipt. Two weeks before your holiday we will send you. Directions to the home. Lockbox number for the key. Management company phone number. In the home is a manual with all you need to know. one week after your return security deposit will be refunded. What a fantastic villa, a real home from home. If only my home had a pool as nice as this one life would be perfect! Couldn’t fault any of the facilities and impressed with the management company. It’s the little touches that make this villa stand out, like the welcome pack which was unexpected but after a 9 hour flight delay was a real godsend. Emerald Island really is in an ideal spot for Disney, 10 min drive at the most and Sea World and Universal are within half and hour too. The community the villa is in is also out of this world, immaculately kept with friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend this villa and community as the place to stay in Florida and we are already planning a return visit in a few years. its hard to say how good it really is and what a fantastic time we had in a paragraph
