Within the gated community, facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis court, children's indoor play area, sand volleyball court, and a palm garden. The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably but should this not quite fulfil your needs, an easy to transform Queen sized sofa bed can be found in the living room. Being located on the US 27, just one mile from the US 192 and ten minutes from the Interstate 4, you'll have easy access to all of Orlando's main thoroughfares, making it easy to get to where ever you wish to go around Orlando. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 1 hour).
