The living room is a very welcoming and relaxing area that is located looking on to the Large 39 x 24 ft. Saltwater Pool, , with a larger than average Lanai that incorporate its own shower, and separate 1/2 Bath and is furnished with Sun Lounges, Table and Seating for 6, dining on Cuisine cooked on the available Barbecue. There is a separate Family Room that has Leather reclining Sofas for your comfort while viewing the large Flat Screen Satellite TV with Cinema Surround Sound Unit. There is also separate Dining Room, and den, which doubles up as a sleeping area.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, with walk in His and Hers Closet, into the Master Bath with Wraparound Mirror, large tub, Closed off W.C, and Wet Room.
The Guest Suite comprises 2 Bed Rooms with Queen and full size beds with walk in Closets and own Bathroom.
