The beautiful Lake Berkley resort offers a central location with many features which provide a tranquil retreat after a hard day at the parks or sightseeing. The resort is located just off main Hwy 192 which provides our guests with easy access to all the local amenities from shopping to dining, crazy golf to helicopter rides. The gated resort community provides a little piece of heaven away from the hustle and bustle of central Florida and the 24 hr manned security offers that added piece of mind during your stay. The resort offers guests an opportunity to make the most of their stay with a variety of entertainment features including a tennis court, communual pool, clubhouse, basketball area, childrens play area, sand volley ball court, fishing as well as the nature trail around Lake Berkley itself.

Located centrally for all the famous Florida attractions, our home has been designed with families in mind. Being set on one level means that families with both small children as well as our more mature guests do not have stairs to contend within inside the property. In addition, two master suites offers a wonderful opportunity for two families to share the accommodation without the concern over which parents get the main bedroom!

The enterainment facilities extend throughout the villa with many further opportunities to while away the time within our home. The garage lays host to a games room with an 8ft slate bed pool/billiard table, a foosball table and a dart board. Each bedroom hosts its very own entertainment features including TVs, VCRs and DVD players as well as a PS2 games console and for the younger children a variety of childrens toys. Within the main living area you will find plenty of games and books as well as upgraded cable TV and a stereo for music to accompany your meal. The open plan living area lays host to two dining areas which offers seating for 10 guests in total. The lounge also offers a sofa bed sleeping facility providing a comfortably queen size bed. Outside the villa boasts a private pool with decking area and plenty of pool furniture and loungers to allow you to make the most of the beautiful Florida weather.
