We have approx 3000 square feet of beautifully furnished, air-conditioned living space plus the double garage. Upstairs you will find 4 of our 5 bedrooms - the Master Suite with 6ft King Bed, TV/ DVD player, and lounge area.The Master Suite has a large ensuite bathroom and an oversized walk in closet. Also upstairs is the 2nd bathroom, plus 3 further bedrooms – the 2nd Master Bedroom with 6ft king bed, and two Twin Bedrooms, one with Playstation 2.Downstairs you will find the 5th bedroom and 3rd bathrooom. This nautical themed double bedroom overlooks the pool and spa, and is ideal for our guests who cannot manage stairs.

Downstairs the light and airy lounge gets the morning sun and leads out onto the covered front porch. The front porch later in the day is a nice shaded area to escape the heat of the afternoon sun. The dining room will seat 8 people and leads through to the open plan family room with plasma TV and surround sound system, and kitchen/breakfast area, again seating 8. A high speed internet access point is situated in the Kithcen.

A patio door leads from the breakfast area to the extended deck with screened pool, spa and elegant patio furniture. The pool is lit by fibre optic lighting which can be set to slowly change colour giving a delightful night-time display. The spa is 6ft in diameter and is controlled by a timer.

The pool and rear garden offering privacy are westerly facing, getting the full sun from mid-morning until sunset, throughout the year.

Directly across from our house is access to one of the three lakes and a forested conservation area, which is a nice place for a stroll. Just a short walk around the corner is a larger community pool and deck area with picnic tables and a “Tot Lot” ( childrens play area).

There are, of course, many shops (including a new Walmart Supercentre within walking distance), restaurants and golf courses, within a few minutes drive.
