If you like golf there are over 30 great courses to choose from and the beach areas offer watersports like parasailing, kayaking and fishing. The single attached garage houses your complimentary beach chairs, beach and pool toys and cool boxes.

The heated swimming pool has a deck area with quality cushioned sunbeds and spa and next door the Clubhouse has a games room with pool table and lots of other activities in the unlikely event that you are bored.

Cook out at the lakeside gas barbeques which are maintained and cleaned daily. If you are feeling energetic then there are tennis courts available day and night, lovely strolling walks and a game of shuffleboard. Recommendations are available from previous houseguests and we have a newly remodelled pool area around 50 yards away - it's lovely!

Between 5 and 10 minutes drive takes you to the stunning beaches of Siesta Key, Turtle Beach and Crescent Beach. All offer free public parking and excellent facilities.

You can reach Orlando in approximately 2 ½ hours and Tampa in less than 1.
Tampa is really worth a visit too, especially for the shopping! But don’t forget the Outlet Malls, there are two in the area.
You are two or three minutes drive from the local Publix and SweetBay supermarkets and just over five minutes from the Gulf Gate area where shops and restaurants are in abundance. This area has everything to offer to make your vacation perfect, catering for all tastes and age groups.
