Our new, superb Executive four bedroom villa, is situated in the much sought after area of Davenport, within the secure excutive gated community of Highgate Park. Conveniently located off the US 27, JUST 10 MINUTES FROM ALL THE DISNEY ATTRACTIONS. We are within very easy reach of both East and West coast and just about every other location within Central Florida,via Interstate 4. For those who wish to travel further, the roads are great to drive and simple to find.

This newly built villa is fully alarmed, sleeps up to ten people, is tastefully decorated throughout and furnished to a high standard.

We have two master bedrooms,great for two families who wish to share, one with Queen-size bed and the other with a King-size bed. Well appointed master bathroom with walk-in shower (large enough to wash four kids!) and a pool sized bath!

Large walk-in closet and plenty of space for clothes. Hair dryer and straighteners are also there for your use. Wall mounted flat screen HDTV in master and 20 inch TV in second master. Two twin rooms with built in wardrobes, dresser units and TV,s and "Jack and Jill" bathroom.

For those who like to travel light,you will love our utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board so you do not have to take loads of clothes. Wash the clothes and buy a new wardrobe at ridiculously cheap prices.

The house is fully air conditioned to keep you comfortable throughout you stay, and all rooms have ceiling fans.
The comfortable, fully tiled, large lounge is ideal for sitting and relaxing with the family. The settee also doubles as a bed, We have a 32 inch flat screen cable TV (we are told it has 99 channels), and for added entertainment there is a playstation 2, DVD player and stereo not forgetting the obligatory compendium set. We have also supplied an assortment of dvd films and ps2 games.

The kitchen is well equipped with all modern comforts including coffee maker, blender, electric can opener,ice machine,toaster waste disposal, all utensils, microwave etc. In fact almost everything that will help make your stay easier.

The Lounge overlooks the Lanai and screened Pool, accessed via patio doors.To relax by the pool we have a full set of quality furniture and after your swim there is an outside pool shower. After an exhausting day in the parks, there is nothing nicer than spending your evening relaxing in the SPA, and if it is still too hot there is yet another ceiling fan to cool you down.

In the garage we have a small games area which includes air hockey, pool-table and a football table.
This is a gated community with the added benefit of childrens play area and tennis courts.

There is so much to do in Florida, you will be spoilt for choice,and because the house is so good you will find it hard to tear yourselves away.
We are ideally situated just 10 miutes from all the DISNEY ATTRACTIONS.
Just a short drive away down the 192 you will find UNIVERSAL STUDIOS/ISLAND OF ADVENTURE and SEA WORLD.
For those of you who love golf
Champions Gate 1mile down the US 27 with 3, 18 hole, championship courses, and numerous other courses such as Polo Park five minutes away and Reunion 1,5 mls with more courses. Up the US 27 towards Winter Haven is a Super Wal-Mart, Petrol and Bank of America, and before these, turn onto the US 192 and there are restaurants and shops ideal for breakfast on the way to attractions.
