Our magnificent home is DISABLED ACCESSIBLE and enjoys over 3000sq ft of living space with an extended pool, deck and luxury spa overlooking the lake and fountain. The professionally designed interior of this breathtaking villa focuses on comfort and splendour and your every need is catered for. The villa enjoys a fully equipped games room with 50" widescreen cable TV, full size slate bed pool table, darts and X box.

There are five beautiful bedrooms (2 master suites), one with wheel chair access and four bathrooms, one with wheel chair access. A huge, light and airy family room provides the centre point of the villa with a seperate elegant sitting room and exquisite formal dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has access to the breakfast bar and intimate nook for more informal dining.

The superb south facing deck area has been extended to 60'x35'and enjoys day long sunshine. The walk in swimming pool 28'x14'is adjoined by the luxury spa. There is a covered lanai to enjoy the shade if necessary and this area is furnished with a large outdooor dining table and padded chairs to enjoy al-fresco eating. There are sumptuously padded luxury sun loungers and chairs and an additional table with parasol.

A barbeque is provided. We have created a soft play area with a Little Tikes playhouse for the younger members of the group. Relax on this lovely deck area and enjoy the wildlife and birds that are attracted to the lake just metres away from where you are soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine.
