7 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom 2 story villa around 3000sq ft. Tastefully decorated including crown moulding throughout and panelled walls to the first floor.
There are 2 lounges, 1 perfect for those quieter moments when required, 4 large leather sofas, large dining table set for that special meal with upgraded crockery and cutlery. The kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect in a quality villa including a double fridge/freezer dispensing ice and filtered water.
A recent addition has been a games room with a full sized pool table, foosball game, numerous board games and small library. The room has a wood floor. It is air conditioned with a ceiling fan for extra comfort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with his and hers vanity unit, bath and seperate shower. There are 2 queen bedded rooms 1 with ensuite. Twin bedded rooms 1 for the boys and 1 for the girls decorated to suit. 2 double bedded rooms both overlooking the lake. All bedrooms individually decorated with fitted carpets to a high standard.

Superb Lake Berkley Resort close to Disney and seaworld 10-15 minutes and 30 minutes from Orlando Airport.
The villa is central to the largest (14 acre) lake. This position gives you a wonderful view of the lake and its varied wildlife including oprey, eagle, kingfisher, storks, cranes and ducks which are both entertaining and educational to watch while resting in the pool area.
The resort offers many amenities including tennis, basketball area, volleyball, private beach and childrens play area. It boasts it's own clubhouse with fitness room, internet room, pool tables and bar. The resort is close to the 192 with it's vast array of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
