New England is a superb newly built (Octoober 2005) stylish and elegant 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, which boasts two seperate reception rooms, a spacious family room with TV, DVD, Video and Hi-Fi, as well as a quiet lounge which gives you the opportunity to sit and releax without the TV and/or the kids after all the fun of visiting the huge range of theme parks and attractions situated close to the villa.

Unwind in the extra large heated, floodlit pool, with it's relaxing and invigorating integral spa. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided for your pleasure.

The Kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, situated next to a exquisite dining area for your convenience. There is also a seperate laundry room, with a large washer and tumble drier.

The property also provides you with two master bedrooms; a deluxe King and Queen bedroom, both on-suite with TV and DVDs, the remaining two bedrooms boast two twin (single) beds, both having TV, DVD and Playstation facilities, making you feel more than at home. As expected in most florida homes, the property is fully air conditioned!
There is also the option to increase the sleeping arrangements with the addition of two single rollaway beds provided, meaning the house is easily large enough to accomodate 10 people, unlike many others you will view!
