Property Rental Rates
Rates vary from $2,700 to $3,250 depending on season. Rates are subject to 11% tax and $500 security deposit. The $500 security/reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. 25% of the rent is due 120 days prior to the arrival date. The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Check-In Time is at 12 PM. Check Out is by 10 AM on your departure date, please. Security Deposits are refunded 60 days after departure less any long distance phone charges.
Minimum Stay - One month
