Bicycles are available as are beach chairs, towels and a cooler for your outdoor activities. The condo has access to a shared pool in the complex.

Rental Rates

Rates vary from $2,700 to $3,000 depending on season. Price includes the following: rental fee, plus 11% tax and $500 security/reservation deposit. The $500 security/reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. 25% of the rent is due 120 days prior to the arrival date. The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Arrival time is between 12 PM and 5 PM. Departure is by 10 AM, please. Security/reservation deposit is refunded 60 days after departure less any long distance phone charges.

Minimum Stay - One month
