This property is in a gated community, it has 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom, 1 kingsize bedroom en suite, 1 queensize bedroom, and two twins bedrooms, the twin bedrooms, each have two single beds and are themed. The Villa has a games room, has internet access, play station, and poolside hot bath. The bathroom en suite has a spa bath. All the usual requirements for self catering are included. There is TV in every room, air conditioning, and the pool has solar heating, plus electric pool heating for severe weather, this electric heating is at extra cost.
There is a large refridgerator with ice making facility.
The property has a security alarm, with all doors and windows alarmed. This is ideal if you have small children and they venture into the pool area without adult supervision.
The pool is covered to prevent insects entering the pool area, and has a four foot privacy netting.

The Villa is within ten minutes of most of the Disney Theme Parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom etc, it is only 25 minutes from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from Sea World. You can be in St Petersburg, or Cape Kennedy within an hour. There is splendid shopping within easy driving distance, a Walmart is only 15 minutes away.
