POOL. Step out of the lounge onto the south facing lanai, the perfect spot for alfresco dining or just a little shade before you go onto the sun soaked pool deck, the large 30’ x 14’ pool also has a raised spa. The surrounding pool deck has been extended ensuring that there is plenty of room for everyone & is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers (floats, toys & arm bands are provided for your enjoyment). The pool deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean & bugs out with views onto trees & conservation. There are no other villas to the rear of our pool area. The pool & spa can be heated for an extra charge if required. There is a door giving access from the pool to bathroom when required. A 4ft mesh safety fence is provided to prevent unauthorised access by young children, this can be just part opened or completely removed if not required. Underwater lighting adds atmosphere to those evening swims and a pool blanket on a winding reel helps to retain some of the daytime pool heat.
KITCHEN. The kitchen is fully fitted with large work surfaces & island unit with breakfast bar & 2 breakfast stools. There is a ceramic top range & self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator with ice & filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need.
If you need to do any laundry, there is a washing machine and dryer, an iron & ironing board are also provided.
DINING. The formal dining area is furnished with a dining table, 6 chairs & place settings. Everything for a family meal with extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. An highchair is provided if required at no extra cost. There are also table and chairs provided on the pool deck ready, if you choose to eat outside in the Florida sun by our sparkling pool.
LOUNGE. The lounge is bright & airy with large sliding doors opening onto the pool deck & is provided with comfortable furnishings where the family can relax together, there is cable TV & DVD player, a selection of Dvds are provided there is also a selection of games & books.
MASTER BEDROOM & EN-SUITE. This room overlooks the pool and is complete with matching furniture, queen size bed, clock radio, TV/DVD & ceiling fan. There is a walk-in wardrobe & large en-suite bathroom.
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM & EN-SUITE. This room also has a queen size bed & matching furniture, clock radio, TV/DVD, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe & full en-suite bathroom.
BEDROOMS THREE & FOUR. Both rooms have twin beds, matching furniture & walk-in wardrobes. Both rooms also have direct access to a shared full en-suite bathroom.

GAMES ROOM. The games room has both pool & football tables, radio/CD player & bar stools, enough to keep the kids & dad happy whilst mum enjoys a little peace & quite with her book by the pool.
SECURITY. A combination lock safe is provided for your valuables. The villa is also fitted with a full monitored alarm system for your peace of mind.
MANAGEMENT. Our Local management company in Florida maintain the villa and pool to the highest standards both internally and externally, they are also available to resolve any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24hrs a day.
