Our private villa is located within the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. The pool deck is south facing and offers great views over the golf course.

Southern Dunes is 15-20 minutes away from the gates of Disney.

You will have use of the Golf & Country club facilities whilst enjoying your stay at our villa. Facilities include two communal pools, a lake for fishing, exercise room, restaurant, tennis courts and of course the Championship Golf course voted number 5 in Florida.

Conveniently located just outside the security gates is a large 24 hour Walmart supermarket. Here you can also find banks, gas station, numerous shops, take aways and a walk in medical centre. The nearest major shopping mall is about 8 miles away.

This is a lovely new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a private screened pool and stunning views overlooking the 2nd fairway of the championship golf course. For guests with young children the pool can be easily screened off for your peace of mind. The pool can be heated for your convenience, if requested.

The south facing aspect offers guests the opportunity for sunshine from breakfast until dusk and a lanai for some shade if desired.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, views over the golf course, an en suite with twin vanity sinks, walk in shower and Roman tub. It also has its own walk in wardrobe. The Queen room also has an en suite and views across the private pool to the golf course. The other two bedrooms, which are the same size as the Queen, share a bathroom conveniently located between the two rooms.

The villa is naturally fully air conditioned for your comfort. We have tried to provide everything you could possibly need to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing including, for example, a free wi-fi connection to keep in touch with friends and family back home, ipod connection and a playstation.
