Little T is a single storey home with pool adjacent to our 5 bed home - ideal for large families wanting extra space.

Living/dining/kitchen area is open plan -

Main lounge area has 2 large sofas, Cable TV & DVD player with selection of DVDs, coffee table, side tables, ceiling fan and sliding doors to pool area.

2nd seating area has large sofa, coffee table, reading lamp & selection of books.

Dining area has table & seating for 6 and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which has fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & coffee maker.

Bedrooms -

Large master bedroom with new furniture, King size bed, dresser, nightstands, Cable TV, radio alarm clock, celing fan and en suite bathroom which has twin vanity sinks, bath/shower, separate WC and large walk in closet.

2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, walk in closet, Cable TV and celing fan.

3rd bedroom is a twin with Mickey/USA theme and includes dresser, walk in closet and ceiling fan.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share house bathroom with vanity sink, bath/shower & WC.

There is a further half bathroom with WC & vanity sink.

Games room has table foosball, air hockey table, electronic basketball game & ceiling fan.

Laundry room has washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

Pool area -

Covered lanai with table & seating for 6. Pool which can be heated at an additional charge and sun loungers.

Disney is 10-15 mins depending on which park you are visiting. Sea World is 15 mins & Universal/Islands of Adventure appx 25 mins.

Close to hundreds of shops & restaurants.

East Coast - Kennedy Space Centre/Daytona Beach 45-60 mins.

West Coast - Busch Gardens/Tampa/Clearwater 70-90 mins.
