The Hamlets is located just off highway 192 in Kissimmee so is close to theme parks, shops & restaurants but is set in quiet surroundings.

Villa Linton is a 5 bed 3 bath 2 storey home with air conditioning and pool/spa.

Ground floor -

Lounge area 1 has Cable TV & DVD player with selection of DVDs, 2 large sofas, coffee table & side tables, ceiling fan, telephone with free local calls and sliding doors to lanai.

Formal dining area has glass topped table with seating for 6.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & coffee maker and has breakfast bar with 3 seats.

Lounge area 2 has 2 large sofas, side tables, CD player, selection of books, ceiling fan & sliding doors to pool area.

Games room has foosball table, air hockey table, electronic basketball game, TV used for DVD & play station (not connected for TV) and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Laundry room has washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom ideal for parents/grandparents which has Queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, walk in closet, Cable TV, radio alarm clock, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with vanity sink, bath/shower and WC.

First floor -

Master bedroom with new King size bed, dresser, nightstands,Cable TV,telephone, radio alarm clock, walk in closet, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, bath/shower and WC.

The 3 remaining bedrooms are themed for children - Mickey/USA, Jungle Book and Winnie the Pooh. All rooms have twin beds, walk in closets, ceiling fans and soft toys.

The house bathroom is shared by the twin rooms and has vanity sink, bath/shower and WC.

Pool area -

Covered lanai for outside dining with table & seating for 6 and ceiling fan. Large pool and in ground spa (pool heating available at extra charge) which is fenced for your privacy. Luxury sun loungers & chairs.

Disney is appx 10 - 15 mins depending on which park you are visiting. Sea World is 15 mins and Universal/Islands of Adventure around 25 mins.

East Coast - Kennedy Space Centre/Daytona Beach 45-60 mins.

West Coast - Busch Gardens, Tampa, Clearwater 60-90 mins.

Just off highway 192 so close to hundreds of shops & restaurants.
