Our brand new luxury villa is located at Tuscan Hills, the new prestigious, gated resort in Davenport on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The I4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (70 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 55 minutes).

The development is of Mediterranean style with communal amenities including a club house with gym, child’s indoor playroom, tennis court, sand volley ball court, large lounge, covered lanai and palm garden. There is also a fantastic restaurant and bar planned for 2008.

Our beautiful, spacious villa is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 en-suites) detached property built to the highest standard which can easily accommodate 10 adults and boasts its own private screened pool and jacuzzi spa, which can be fully heated (charges apply).

Luxuriously furnished throughout, the villa comes complete with all the facilities you would expect from a Disney dream holiday, including a full games room, air conditioning, cable television, games console, DVD, CD player, fully fitted kitchen and laundry with all towels and bed linens provided.

Designed for the whole family to relax after a fun filled day at the attractions or by the pool, the family room is fully furnished to the highest standard. You will also find cable TV, DVD, VHS and CD players. The more formal living room includes a sofa which can easily be transformed into a queen sized bed. The spacious dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, can comfortably seat 6 for either formal or casual meals.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the latest modern appliances such as cooker, large American fridge freezer, dish washer and microwave. There is also a casual dining area in the nook.

The ground floor master bedroom suite is sumptuously decorated and furnished with a queen bed and dresser. It has a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious and spacious en-suite bathroom. You also have your own direct access to the pool area from this room.

We have a full games room offering pool, foozball, air hockey and electronic darts.

There is a further general purpose bathroom and a utility room with a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The landing area (loft) is casually furnished with easy chairs – a great area for the kids to hang out. There is a TV, together with a Playstation2 and a selection of videos, as well as various board games. The loft provides access to a further three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The second master bedroom is again furnished to the high standards of the ground floor master suite and contains a Queen sized bed, with walk-in wardrobe and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Two single beds can be found in bedroom three which also has an en-suite bathroom. Once more ample storage space is provided by a walk-in wardrobe and drawers. The fourth bedroom also has two single beds and plenty of storage space.
