Our highly sought after Villa is situated West on Hwy 192 and 2minutes South on Hwy 27. Near to the Junction of the I4 which allows easy access to the West Gulf Coast Beaches and famous Busch Gardens. North is International Drive and Orlando itself, with the NASA Space Centre and Daytona Beach a little to the East.
We are an easy 30min from Orlando International Airport and a further 20min from Sanford and Tampa Airports. Within easy reach are several Championship Golf Courses and Public Courses within walking distance. “Mickey” himself is 10min away, where you can join him to have great fun at Disney World. Close by are Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and may more attractions. The essential 24hr "Wal-Mart" Superstore is 5min away and also within reach are many restaurants and stores.

Our beautiful Villa is tastefully decorated; we take pride in the comfort and spaciousness it provides. The welcoming Lounge and Dining Area boasts a Television and Music System which leads into a large Kitchen. The full sized Cooker, American Style Fridge Freezer with Ice Making facilities, Microwave, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal, make the Kitchen well contained with the Breakfast Nook providing a sociable area.
The Villa has a Master Bedroom with impressive King Size Bed and Private Bathroom. This contains an Oval Bath, Double Shower plus a large Walk-in Closet plus Dressing Area.
The Lower Floor also has a Laundry Room with large American Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. We also provide Large White Pool Towels for your use.
The Second Floor leads directly into the “Feature” Galleried Family Room. Equipped with a large 47” wide screen TV/DVD/Video with a selection of DVD’s & Video’s for your enjoyment. There is also a Playstation 2 console for the younger family members.
A Queen Size Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedded Rooms and a full Bathroom complete the Upper Floor.
If you would rather opt out of visiting the Parks you can take a plunge in the clear inviting water of our South facing Pool, surrounded by Private Garden. Relax and let the stress slip away or have some fun with the children.
After a great time in the Pool, take a "Break" in our Games Room with a fantastic 8’ slate bed “Pool Table” and an impressive full size “Air Hockey Table” solely for your enjoyment.
The “Hot Tub”/”Jacuzzi” adjacent to the Pool is the perfect cure for the aches and pains after a day at the Parks. Relax, soak in the warm water and adapt to the “Florida Lifestyle”.

Situated within Davenport Lakes are exclusive features for you and your Family to enjoy. You can take a visit to the heated Communal Pool and Cabana by the Lakeside. BBQ’s are also available for your use in the adjacent Picnic Areas. The Private Tennis Courts add to the Leisure Facilities, plus an attractive gated Children’s Outdoor Play Area for the younger members of your Family. Fishing is also a favourite among the locals and Guests of Davenport Lakes, with a Boat Ramp, Jetty and Dock, part of our unique Community Facilities.
