The villa is located in a residential sub division in Melbourne. It is about a five minute drive from the Indialantic beach which is great for surfing. The property is a 20 minute drive south from Cocoa Beach and 30minute drive from Cape Canaveral.
The relaxing setting of the villa combined with its accessibility to local beaches and the attractions offers a superbly balanced and cost effective location to enjoy Central Florida.

The villa, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms has a large solar heated screened pool and includes alarms on the patio doors to warn if children are unattended near the water.

The villa is fully air conditioned and includes a fitted kitchen, lounge, dining area, family room and laundry room. Accommodation is provided for 6-8 people with three double bedrooms and a sofabed if required.
