Our luxury villa is located in renound Rotonda. The villa is close to the long sandy beaches of Florida’s gulf coast. Rotonda has a thriving golfing community and the villa has easy access to many golf courses.

Our new luxury home was completed April 2006, It is furnished to a very high standard. The villa has a solar heated pool with an extended enclosed pool deck. The pool deck is south west facing with the sun on the deck all day. This allows great views of sunsets, the sunset can be further enjoyed in the company of a glass of wine while preparing an Al-Fresco meal on the barbecue.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms. The accommodation comprises of Great Room, 3 Bedrooms, Dining area, and breakfast room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and double garage with electric door opener.
We have four adult bikes (2 Ladies, 2Gents) 1 Boys and 1 Girls bike, tennis rackets, golf clubs and fishing rods all available for our guests use.
There is a TV/DVD/VCR combo in the living room and Master bedroom with TV/DVD combos in all other bedrooms, all TV's have cable TV.
The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi type corner bath. Internet access available in villa

Locally there is Golf, Swimming, Fishing, Shopping with many beach activities a few minutes away, a selection of these activities are snorkling/diving, boating, water skiing, jet skiing etc. The area abounds with restaurants from the standard American fast food dinners to more sophisticated restaurants serving all cuisines. There major factory outlets approx. 1 hour both north and south on the I75. Port Charlotte is 15mins drive and offers bowling, cinema, shopping mall etc. Buch Gardens is 90 mins away while Disney and other Orlando attractions are 2.5 hors away, Sarasota is 45mins and Fort Myers 45 mins.
