If it's relaxing by the pool you love, Sweet Retreat offers that too...with a large, private, heated pool, bubbling spa, plenty of poolside furniture & a convenient pool bathroom. A pool safety fence is also provided & the patio door is alarmed to provide you with peace of mind when children are playing.

The luxurious downstairs accommodation comprises of a formal living & dining area, family room, dining area with breakfast bar, a fully equipped kitchen & one of three master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

The upstairs accommodation is equally elegant with a palatial master en-suite bedroom, a king-size en-suite bedroom, a family bathroom and 3 twin bedrooms. A laundry room containing a washer, dryer and ironing equipment is also provided for your convenience.

This home has a strict non-smoking policy. It is disabled friendly and is accessible by wheelchair. Children are more than welcome in this beautiful home. Pets of any kind are strictly not allowed.

LOUNGE AREAS

Two gorgeous seating areas offering plenty of spacious living. The large comfortable Family Room with 2 large sumptuous sofas and a comfy love seat are ideal to relax in during the day or evening with a large-screen cable TV with surround sound and DVD player.
For entertaining guests or some quiet time, why not sit in the stunning 'Formal' Lounge on either of the 2 sofas and relax in comfort.

POOLSIDE

During the day, enjoy our sun-drenched Pool and extended deck with a range of comfortable deck furnishings, surrounding our large sparkling-clear 28 x 14 ft. pool with optional heating. A fabulous Hot Tub/Spa is just right for soothing those aches after a busy day. The pool area has a variety of safety features to protect children and young infants should you need it. The pool bath facility avoids the need for dripping bodies to trek through villa.

DINING

Dining in or out is easy at Sweet Retreat. Prepare a family feast or a quick snack at our fully equipped kitchen, with bar table and stools or choose to eat at the 6 seater country cottage style table. The formal dining area has a magnificent 6 seater table and chairs or al-fresco by the pool on the comfy deck furnishings. Or if you prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries just a couple of minutes away.

SLEEPING

Sleeping at Sweet Retreat is as comforting as can be, with a grand four-poster sleep-soft king-size bed in the master bedroom, a mirrored dresser, twin nightstands with lamps, telephone and a clock/radio alarm. The master bedroom also has a magnificent master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored raised vanity basins, a roman tub, step-in shower and toilet, with luxury fittings plus a huge walk-in closet.
The en-suite second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, dresser with cable TV, twin nightstands with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, walk-in closet space and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet.

There is a third en-suite King –size bedroom on the ground floor with ample closet space, nightstands, a dresser with cable TV, walk-in closet space and an en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet.

The three twin bedrooms are perfect for adults or kids, as both have comfortable adult size twin beds, night-stand and lamp, dresser with cable TV, and closet space. Both share a 4th family bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, toilet and bath/shower.

All bed linens and towels are provided, including plenty of spares and a separate fully equipped laundry room is available for personal laundry.
