It has been fitted out to the highest possible standard and far surpasses the quality of most holiday homes near Disney. Villa Xanadu is not only a haven away from all the activities that Orlando has got to offer but it is, we believe, an attraction in itself; one that will give you the impetus to want to return year after year.
Our Villa 'Xanadu' is a beautiful 5 bed 4.5 bath exquisite home. Set on a larger than average plot with 28 x 14 pool & 6 person spa, and especially extended private deck, the villa is a definition of relaxation and luxury. Moreover, we have gone to extra length to maximise your personal comfort and satisfaction by adding every possible extra and upgrade that we could think of.
INTERIOR:
Life inside the villa lives up to its impressive outside appearance. It is fully air-conditioned, equipped with upgraded furniture. The furniture furnishings and décor have been professionally coordinated by an interior designer, creating a uniquely different theme in each room. Every room has its own TV with Cable Access. There is also high speed 8 meg broadband computer access for you to log on any time of the day.
GAMES ROOM:
The villa includes a fantastic professionally fitted out games room, themed on a ‘gangster’ New York bar which includes a full size top-of-the range slate base 8 ft pool table with original pool table lights, 7ft air hockey with digital scorer, electronic darts, bar table and matching high bar stools.
The ground floor thanks to its extensive ceramic tiled open-plan design, flowing through the great room, dining room and kitchen, creates a spacious vibrant living environment where all the family members can get together.
The great room comes complete with a 42” wide High Definition Wall Mounted Plasma Screen TV (offering Cable TV viewing), DVD/Video player as well as a CD/HIFI. This room, with its vibrant colours, designed in a typical Florida/Nautical theme with white distressed furniture and big comfortable sofas, creates a cheerful uplifting ambience that works perfectly as a natural extension of the bright and sunny Florida outdoors. The huge patio door completes the look by opening up directly onto the extended fully screened Lanai.
POOL & LANAI AREA:
The focal point of the South facing fully floodlit patio area (quite deservedly) is the fabulous extra large 28 x 14 ft pool & spa (seats 6), which at the touch of a button becomes illuminated at night, allowing you to take full advantage of the pleasant Orlando nights. The pool comes with a child safety fence to ensure the welfare of your ‘little ones’. The covered Lanai has been fitted with overhead fan and there is plenty of upgraded comfortable patio furniture for all the family members to enjoy family dinners together, sunbathing or simply chilling out in the shade away from the direct sun. The outside of the pool area is surrounded by a plethora of tropical plants such as cat palms & crepe myrtles to enhance the wonderful tropical ambience of the place.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the necessary ' kitchenware and appliances and several upgrades, such as large ‘American style’ side-by-side fridge with ice-maker & state-of-the-art full-size cooker with ceramic hob. Its angled counter offering breakfast bar with 4 high breakfast chairs & double sink helps gently define the space between the kitchen and the dining room, which leads onto the large open patio area perfect for taking that warm morning sunshine in. The utility room contains all the essentials, including large washing machine and seperate tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and other household items.
THE BEDROOMS:
The first of the 2 substantial master bedrooms is situated downstairs, right next to the pool & spa area which it opens out to by a large patio door. It has been beautifully furnished in a Mediterranean theme and also includes an attractive white distressed armoire which hides the 27” TV. The room comes complete with a king size bed, walk-in closet and overhead fan. It leads into an opulent ensuite bathroom which enjoys a separate walk-in shower, comfortable corner bath and a colossal double-sink with a huge mirror. It is fully tiled and finished in cultured marble.
The second master bedroom is upstairs. It has been elegantly furnished and also includes a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath.
The third bedroom is a wonderfully restful room which has a queen size bed and enjoys an unobscured view of the lake.
Also located on the first floor there are two further delightfully furnished bedrooms, each supplied with a twin bed set. Each of these bedrooms bears its own individual ‘personality’ where no corner has escaped our attention. The end result are bedrooms that family members of all ages (but especially children and teenagers) will not be able to resist.
The airy loft area or more accurately second living area which is also located on the first floor, thanks to its lovely soft pastel décor evokes feelings of relaxation and harmony. It comes fully furnished with a TV, broadband access and a Queen sofa sleeper and so it works perfectly as either a lovely secluded ‘study’ or the sixth bedroom.
There are 2 further bathrooms upstairs making 4 bathrooms in all. There are also 2 separate toilets downstairs, one inside, one conveniently located outside by the pool.
